I’ve lost 5lbs this month!
So that’s January nearly done and I have to say it hasn’t been too bad. I started out with the idea of running a marathon during January & then the TBT ONLINE kicked off and I struggled to do both so I’ve completed 14 miles running and the rest of the miles walking… not a bad effort!
I’ve managed to do all the TBT workouts on replay as 7.30am is time to get ready for work time & I have thoroughly enjoyed shouting at Stu and him not shouting back and love hearing his “smiles on faces” or “do something over nothing”.
Thanks to Jenni too for bringing brains & beauty to TBT (sorry Stu!!) No seriously Jenni you’ve made me think more about it all and I’m starting to reduce the coffee and increase the water and be more mindful of what I’m eating ….. currently I’ve lost 5lbs this month, slow & steady is what I’m good at.
Looking forward to Fabulous February and fingers crossed getting out and about a bit more.
